I pre-ordered the game today, and you get the disc with the 4 hours of cinematics WHEN you pre-order, not on pickup. Me and my friend both got it and busted over to his house to watch about an hour of it, mainly for a few scenes. Like Virgil being shot up by KOS-MOS, KOS-MOS giant ass gun, the Dammerung killing the Gnosis, and the ending. BUT DAMNIT, the scene with KOS-MOS punching the 'windshield' of the Elsa wasn't in there. GAH! But still super awesome, especially with the trailer for it on there too. TIME TO TASTE IT ON THE 60" DLP. Plus the soundtrack is getting some pretty awesome reviews, I'm sooo psyched for this. HOO YEA.

Edit: And don't forget the twisted as fuck scene with Al Bhedo and MOMO (even scarier with the Japanese dialogue).

From what I've heard, if you have a completed episode 1 file, you get the swimsuit skill for kos-mos. Also, it starts you out with a certain amount of skill points based on your level and some other factors when you completed the game.

I totally forgot that you can load the save from the completed ep1 game to unlock things in ep2.

I'm not sure whether that's good or not... I didn't really like chaos' voice so that's fine. But I liked KOS-MOS' and Shion's. Are they still the same do you know?

Shion, chaos, MOMO, Jin (He had a brief speaking part in Ep. I) and some other side characters were all recast. Shion's voice sounds alot better in my opinion from her brief speaking parts in the trailers. And chaos just sounds really dark and deeper. Kind of cool actually. And I'm not sure but I believe KOS-MOS was recast as well.
Jr., Albedo, Ziggy, Marguilis, and Albedo still have their voice actors from Episode I. Which is fine because I thought they were the best of the cast anyways
EDIT + No, I think they changed Ziggy's voice too

Well, the reviews are in and there looking just above mediocre.

apparently its half the length of the first one, and the skill system has been watered down.

But everything else OWNS.

I'm still excited.

I wonder when this saga is going to end
