Moi Dix Mois is a Japanese Gothic Black Metal band. Their music consists of one guitarist, one bassist, a drummer, and a singer. But they add in stuff like Organs and Electronic bells and they also do some Industrial stuff.

The singer is Juka, he doesnt scream, like sometimes he will but for the most part he actually sings. Like singing singing. He has a melodic voice, almost operatic but not quite.

If you know who Malice Mizer is you know who Mana is, he is the guitarist and Moi Dix Mois is his solo project since Malice Mizer disbanded.

They all wear gothic clothing. Real gothic clothing, not the I wear anything black so I must be gothic style but the actual style which consists of reverands coats and stuff like that and the jewelry. They wear make up too but its applied really good and looks awesome. Mana has his own clothing lin eof gothic clothes so thats what they usually wear.

I am going to be buying their dvd and there is a preview. I want to know, jrock fan or not, what you think of them by the little preview you can see. Its only one mb so it isnt a big download and the clip is only 31 seconds. Just tell me what you think.

Well, sorry Oasis, but I can't watch it now.....
It is way past midnight here and music would kinda wake everyone...
And you wouldn't want me to get in trouble, now would ya?

The way you describe them sounds cool.
I am not really that into gothic.
Though Jrock sounds very good to me.
I haven't heard any Jrock yet, but I would like to.
Jpop I have heard and that really rocks!
Tomorrow I will give this a try.... ^_^

I dont see how anyone cannoy like Gothic music, The organs and stuff are very comforting, this is more heavy stuff though so yeah.

But I respect your opinion.

Heavy stuff? I don't think so. I can't really tell if I liked it, it was too short! But I love metal and stuff. Mostly black and gothic.. Yeah..

I don't like Gothic either, and I don't get why they call themselves "Me Ten Me's."

I thought that Moi Dix Mois means "Me Ten Months" in French... or am I wrong?
