East of Gongaga Village is a weapon seller who normally has nothing for sale. However there are two times you can acquire items or information from him. The first occurs while looking for the Keystone, which he sold to Dio, the owner of the Gold Saucer. The second time occurs after collecting a piece of Mythril from the sleeping man. In exchange, he lets you open one of his two boxes. The large box next to the bed contains a normal item, but the small box upstairs contains Aeris' Great Gospel Limit Break. You can also always rest there for free.
