does this game have a story or is it just fighting?

There will be some story elements but I have no idea of what they will be.

They've said that it will have some RPG elements. But it sounds like all that means is that characters will be able to level up. I don't think that we can expect too much from the story for a fighting game, even if it is 'progressive.'
