Famitsu is out in that part of the world it comes out in, and some neat new things are shown off in this weeks issues. Costumes, Creatures, Special Moves, it's all here. First and foremost you'll notice another feature on recently revealed Bartz Klauser and ExDeath of Final Fantasy V. In fact, a battle between the two is the focus of all six pages here. Look closely and you may even see an EX-Form or two. Link >> 01 | 02 | 03 Also revealed it's the play-style of the hero Bartz. The articl ementions that he will play as a mimic of sorts, using attacks and specials from other characters in the game. When doing so, Bartz also uses that specific character's weaponry. Quick profiles also reveal another little perk of Dissidia: Alternate costumes. The selected participants of FFVIII are shown in their optional gear, Squall in his SeeD Graduation Uniform, Ultimecia in her Griever Junction form. Lastly, summons also feature prominently here, with the appearance of Ifrit, Cactuar, and Carbuncle. As I've mentioned on the forums, the summons provide stat boost and extras to your characters in battle. Though it seems I was wrong when I said they were Amano artworks: Ifrit is clearly Amano, but Cactuar is Nomura style and Carbuncle from yet another artists. Way too much typing for this post. So the Griever Junction is Ulty's alt cost, not her Ex?
